Shipping
Your order will be shipped with Postnord and delivered to your mailbox or your nearest representative. Delivery time is usually 2–4 working days, and you will receive a notification of the delivery via email/SMS.


Return
We offer our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is for our garments to fit so well that you never have to return them – but if it doesn't feel quite right, you have the option to return it.

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to make a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

Contact us and return the product within 30 days to complete the return.

5. Which goods are eligible for return?
6. Reason for return.

We do not accept items that are sent back without a return being requested first.

Once we have received your return email, we will send you further instructions within 1-2 days. If you have not received it by then, you can always contact us at contact@seyasociety.com

We are responsible for the shipping cost.


Change
To exchange an item, you as a customer need to inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery. The message should be sent to us at contact@seyasociety.com
The following points should be clearly stated in your request. (Tip! You can easily use our contact form).

1. Your name
2. Your address
3. Email address
4. Order number
5. Which goods/items the exchange applies to?
6. New model/size
7. Reason for change

Once we have received your email about the exchange, we will send further instructions within 1-2 days. If you have not received it after that, you can always contact us at contact@seyasociety.com

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process the return and it will appear on your account.
